However, we can upload a new updated attachment (resume/cover letter as one file) and delete the outdated version, but it’s not guaranteed the hiring team will be able to see the update if the recruitment is already in progress. If you are getting an error message and is on our end, please contact us here and let us knwo what type of error message you are getting.

We suggest to delete the unused accounts and keep just one, your most current. If you do not remember the login credentials for those duplicate accounts, please let us know here so we can further help you. Please type “duplicate account” as the subject.

The review process depends on the employer at hand, it varies. Please contact employer directly to know more about your hiring process and everything else related.

This depends on the employer’s hiring department. Usually from 24 to 72 hours.

If interested in a vacant, please search for that position. You may find multiple employers with same opening, you can apply to all or just one, you decide. Click Apply and follow the instructions within, such as uploading your CV, a cover letter, skills, and personal information.
